Approval and Move-In Process

In order for Alston Estate Company LLC (AEC) to provide keys for the move in, the following criteria must be met:

​

  1. The first month's rent and any security deposit must be paid. ​

  2. All utilities responsible by the tenant per the lease must be placed in the tenant's name. Account numbers must be provided to AEC.
